Every “Karma” has an equal and opposite reaction.
And in Sanskrit, the word Karma literally means action and in Buddhism, it refers to volitional or intentional action.
It’s the intention that sets the motion of action, thought or being.
Karma is not a consequence or a reaction to what has been done in the past or a future outcome of what you are doing now.
Instead..
“Karma is a philosophy of how to live our lives with quality thought, quality action and quality being”
So, it implies that whatever has been said and done, you now have the choice to change direction with those 3 qualities.
Catch yourself next time when you choose to blame your past or your past self or others around you and choose to do the right thing now.
And perhaps that is “living in the moment” without any attachment to the outcome or simply “FLOW”.
Live each moment with quality thought, quality action and quality being.
Be a Karma Yogi.
