Who are you if no one loves you?

Who are you if no one loves you?

The fear of being replaceable. The fear of not being loved, not being wanted, of being abandoned or rejected – it’s crippling.

Why?

Because deep inside, we long for permanence. We’ve been conditioned to believe in it, in permanent love, permanent identity, permanent belonging.

But the truth is, the mind is anything but permanent. It’s transient, always shifting, always moving.

So what can we do?

We must learn to accept the mortality of our ideas, our identities, our thoughts, and even our memories.

Only when we stop clinging to these illusions of permanence can we begin to feel the presence of something “timeless” – that quiet, steady part of us that’s “untouched by change”.

Call it the soul, the divine, the inner light – it doesn’t matter.

It’s there.

Ask yourself gently:

✨ What am I so afraid to lose?
✨ What have I been holding on to out of fear?
✨ Can I let go, not by force, but with kindness?

There’s something deeply freeing in surrender , not in giving up, but in opening up.

Love
