This morning, after my Nadi Prana practice, I found myself contemplating the nature of space and time , not out there in the cosmos, but within me.
Space, I realized, is both something and nothing. It’s emptiness that holds everything. And in our bodies and minds, it behaves the same way.
When we clutter our inner space with unprocessed emotions, constant thought loops, or daily mental noise, we create suffering, not from the emotions themselves, but from the lack of room for them to move.
But there is a powerful tool available to all of us:
The Vital Life Force.
When you bring awareness to your breath, even for 10 minutes a day – you begin to declutter that inner space. You allow your life force (prāṇa) to circulate, release, and renew.
This simple practice can ripple into every part of your life:
✔️ Emotional release
✔️ Mental clarity
✔️ Energetic lightness
✔️ A more aligned external reality
Try this today:
Set a timer for 10 minutes.
Sit quietly. Focus on your breath.
Don’t try to fix anything. Just allow space to open.
This is your first step out of suffering. The first step in redesigning your life from the inside out.
Take that breath.
You’re already on your way.
“Oneness begins within you and then resonates… not the other way round..”
Let this message of yoga be shared on this international day of yoga…
