How to free yourself from your body’s memories?

It’s 12:45 AM in Toronto as I am writing this..
The world is still… dark… asleep.
But me? I’m wide awake.

Not because I had too much coffee.
Not because I’m anxious.
But because my body still thinks it’s in Australia.
Still trapped in a past rhythm. A memory. A life.

You might call it jet lag.
I call it body memory –  and no amount of logic can override it.

Until I consciously choose to shift,
I stay suspended –  physically here, but energetically elsewhere.
Stuck between timelines.

And isn’t that exactly how most of us live?

It’s not trauma that keeps us suffering.

It’s not pain.

“It’s time
Or more specifically – our attachment to time.

We believe we never have enough of it.
So we rush, hustle, and grind…

⏳ No time to sit still
⏳ No time to breathe
⏳ No time to rest, feel, heal, or just be

And the result?

Mental fog.
Emotional exhaustion.
Physical burnout.

We’ve all heard:

“Give a man a fishing rod, not the fish.”

But what about the inner tools?

🛠️ The tools to clear memorychange identity, and release inherited pain?
🛠️ The tools to stop reacting to old emotions and start living from presence?

Isn’t that the real fishing rod?

Because no amount of outer success can replace the inner clarity and calm that comes from aligning your body, mind, and consciousness.
