I often hear people struggling to get up early in the morning, go to. bed atleast by 10 PM, struggle to sit still for just 10 minutes, difficult to lose weight or save some money from their pay checks..
Try this “Rule of 10” if you are trying to build tiny habits..
Rome isn’t built in a day.. so start with small changes..
⏰ Wake up 10 min earlier than your usual time
⏰ Go to bed 10 min earlier than your usual time
👆Count to 10 before you respond impulsively
🍲 Eat 10% less than usual
🧘♂️ Exercise 10 min a day
🧘Begin with 10 rounds of abdominal breathing
😍Appreciate 10 things in your day and fill yourself with gratitude
😇Give everyone a chance to be better at least 10 times before you judge them
💰 Save and give at least 10% of what you earn
⁉️Anything that worries you, ask if this will really matter in next 10 years
