Do You Need to be Loved? Discover the Answer Within This Question

Do you need to be loved?

It feels so good to be travelling back to Adelaide after 28 days of travel and to connect with you as I am sitting in the LAX airport.

The last 28 days have been so insightful and impactful.

Every experience and interaction led me to places that I haven’t accessed before.

One of the important lessons was to drop the idea to be loved.

The very reason you pursue it is because you believe somewhere deeply that it is limited or it is to be earned in exchange for something.

I was reflecting on this question “Will anyone love me if I am not somebody?”

and as I was exploring this with a dear friend, there came a profound question “Do you need to be loved?”

There is the answer. Perhaps we are looking at the wrong end of the stick.

The need to be somebody, to give something, to earn in exchange and so on..

But perhaps the answer lies here in this question.

“Do you need to be loved?”

That does not mean you will not be loved but it means you drop the attachment or clinging to be loved.

And you are free to love and be loved freely.

Explore this question and see what surfaces for you.
