What Are You Ashamed Of?

his week, we are practicing “Emotional healing – Shame & Acceptance” with Mudra for emotional release and balancing sacral & root chakras, which is your endocrine system and adrenal glands.

Healthy Endocrine system & Healthy Adrenal Glands maintain emotional equilibrium.

Simple practice to maintain this balance is to focus on breathing and setting intentions to heal and bring balance back into your life.

What did you find and how did you feel with the practice?

Some participants mentioned they couldn’t access shame as much as they did Anger.

Shame differs in levels as people evolve and based on their life circumstances.

Asking for intimacy, asking for money, asking for help, affairs, ideas of good & bad parenting, good woman/man and so on – All leave the traces of shame in your. mind, body & energy fields.

Someone who witnessed abuse can hold shame in their bodies or minds differently to someone who never experienced abuse.

And some hold shame because their friends and siblings were acknowledged and they were ignored.

And if you go deeper than that and ready to face yourself, observe aspects of you where you don’t want to be seen a certain way .

This week’s practice, we are focussing on resolving/ healing “Shame and Acceptance”.

Next week, we will focus on “Emotional Healing – Guilts & Regrets with Compassion”

If you experience intense emotions during the practice, I recommend you to watch the replay and practice atleast twice a day.

Take this opportunity and use your very powerful tool “breath and intention” to heal yourself.

Wishing you a peaceful week ahead!

Love 🙏
