The No1 reason you have body pain, and how to easily release it!

The No1 reason you have body pain, and how to easily release it!

Think of a child you know that is under 4 yrs old.  Maybe your own, a grandchild, or a friend or relatives.

They have no masks or no filters. You know exactly how they are feeling at any given time. Whether they are frustrated, angry, happy, joyful or scared.

They express their feelings freely.

This is how we are meant to be!

We are emotional creatures, and we were born to express emotions openly.

Somewhere along the way, we learned to repress emotions, especially those deemed “negative,” in order to fit in, earn love, and be accepted.

Why do we do this?

We pretend, avoid, and deny uncomfortable emotions in an effort of self-preservation, as a defense mechanism or just for an easy life.

Yet, they’re still there.

We do this most often with difficult emotions like shame, fear, guilt or anger.

When we experience events that emotionally overwhelm us, we are unable to process what is happening and express them through our body and mind.

We hide them deep inside us where others can’t see them.

Sadly, we end up hiding them from ourselves too.

Unresolved emotions then get trapped in our body where they build and fester, draining our energy.

Think about a traumatic or stressful situation that has happened in your life.

Recall that event, notice what you feel, where you feel it.

It may be a knot in the stomach, a pain in your chest or you may even feel short of breath.

If it’s a particular stressful event, you may find yourself stretching your neck or rubbing your shoulders.

If you have any bodily reaction or feeling when you bring forth a memory, that means you still have a repressed emotion that is locked in your body and then triggered by just a simple thought.

If these emotions are not processed correctly and left to fester, they become a heavier and heavier burden.

Have you ever wondered where the saying, “she’s carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders” comes from?

If you don’t resolve these emotions, it starts to have an effect on your physiology as well as your psychological well-being.

Leading to burnout, emotional imbalance, and eventually disease.

When we chronically repress emotions, we create toxicity in our body, mind, and heart.

I see it time and time again with my coaching clients.

The amazing thing is, once they are released, the client’s physiology changes. They feel lighter, like the burden has been lifted, they walk taller.

Chronic pain they’ve held in their body can disappear for the first time in years.

The good news is you don’t have to suffer anymore!

This is why I felt compelled to make my one on one personal breakthrough program affordable to anybody and everybody.

I  call it – F.A.C.E. I.T. –  The goal is simple: release emotions from the past, rediscover yourself, create your new future.

To release repressed emotions that are impacting your health, both body and mind.

Stop living with pain today and start enjoying life again!

Love,

Manna
