By  focussing on root chakra, earth (Prithvi) mudra, spinal breathing and “I AM”

Benefits of Earth Mudra:

Prithvi mudra reduces stress and calms the mind by grounding you in the present moment.

  • How to perform: Touch the tip of the ring finger to the tip of the thumb, keeping the other three fingers straight.
  • Benefits: Increases vitality, strengthens bones, and promotes grounding.
  • When to use: To enhance stability and strength.
