You cannot say “NO” unless you know what you want to say “YES” to !!
Instead of focussing on learning to say NO, identify what you want and make them your non negotiables. That becomes your boundary.
Non Negotiables are your boundaries and boundaries cannot be exercised unless you take decisions and make choices.
As you step into the first full working week of 2025, identify your non negotiables and build your schedules or calendars around it.
Your non negotiables help you to build systems and routines in your life.
Most people suffer because they lack planning & organising skills. But they complain how they are not good enough or how their lives are so busy that they don’t have time for themselves. All of a sudden self care becomes a project instead of a lifestyle.
If you are one of them, ask yourself what are my non negotiables?
Here is a list of my Non Negotiables and they suit my lifestyle:
- Daily Practice of Nadi Prana Breath work 06 AM & Movement
- Finish dinner atleast 4 hours before bed time
- Go to bed by 09 PM and no Mobiles or IT in the bedroom
- Do not eat anything before sun rise and after sun set
- One hour of reading
What are yours’?
If you are struggling with discipline or will power, focus on strengthening your root and sacral chakras which are your adrenal and reproductive glands.
