These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://mannaabraham.com/ (the “Site”) and our Services, including life coaching using the Emotion Memory Pattern Release (EMPR) Method™, personal mentoring, events, workshops, retreats, and related communications and resources (“Services”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Services Description

We provide life coaching, personal mentoring, events, workshops, retreats, and related resources using the EMPR Method™ for informational, educational, and personal development purposes only.

Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or counselling advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not licensed medical or mental health professionals.

No representations are made that the Services will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Australian Consumer Law Guarantees

Our Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For example, services must be provided with due care and skill, be fit for any purpose made known to us, and completed in a reasonable time.

If there is a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund or to cancel the service. For minor failures, we may choose to remedy the issue, provide a refund, or offer compensation. These guarantees apply in addition to any other rights or remedies we provide. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections under applicable US federal or state laws.

SMS/Text Messaging Program

We send non-marketing, informational SMS messages only (e.g., event confirmations, attendance reminders, session-related or educational information directly connected to your registrations or bookings) to users who have explicitly opted in (via optional, unchecked checkboxes on forms). Message frequency varies.

US recipients: Complies with TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements (brand and campaigns registered via The Campaign Registry). We maintain verifiable opt-in records (including express written consent where required), process opt-outs immediately, and adhere to quiet hours (no messages outside 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. recipient local time).

Australian recipients: Complies with Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and ACMA guidelines, including sender identification (“Manna Abraham” or registered alphanumeric ID) and explicit consent. We are registering alphanumeric sender IDs with ACMA (registrations open since November 2025; full enforcement from 1 July 2026) to ensure verified display and avoid “Unverified” labeling.

Opt-Out: Reply “STOP” to unsubscribe at any time; we will confirm. Re-join by providing consent again.

Costs & Carrier Liability: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your provider for plan details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not currently send promotional SMS. If introduced in future, promotional messages will require your express prior consent, full TCPA/Spam Act compliance (including quiet hours and opt-out), and be limited accordingly. Subscribers may receive occasional promotional offers if they have opted in to marketing communications.

Bookings, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings and payments are processed as specified on the Site or booking forms (e.g., full payment upfront or deposits). You must provide accurate information.

Cancellations and refunds follow our stated policy for each Service (e.g., notice periods for sessions/events/retreats) and are subject to ACL guarantees (for Australian customers) or applicable US consumer protections. We may refuse or cancel Services for non-payment, inappropriate conduct, or safety concerns. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed promptly.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes, provide accurate information, participate actively and honestly in sessions, and maintain the security of any account credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account. We may refuse Service if conduct is disruptive or unsafe.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in our Services (including the EMPR Method™, materials, resources, recordings, trademarks, and copyrights) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by Australian and international laws.

You may use materials solely for personal purposes during the Services. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use any feedback, reviews, or content you submit to us. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify our materials without permission.

Your License to Us

By posting or submitting any material (including comments, blog entries, social media posts, reviews, or videos) to Life Full Circle Pty Ltd (ABN 85 167 228 319) trading as Manna Abraham , you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and publicly perform your content in connection with our website and services.

No Warranty / Limitation of Liability

The Site and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including ACL and applicable US laws), we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability (where allowable) is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Online Commerce

Certain sections of the Site may allow you to purchase products and services from third-party vendors. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or any other aspect of the products or services.
