Life Full Circle Pty Ltd (ABN 85 167 228 319) trading as Manna Abraham (“we,” “us,” or “our”) does not share customer opt-in information, including phone numbers and consent records, with any affiliates or third parties for marketing, promotional, or unrelated purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data is kept strictly confidential.  

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (such as customer service) is permitted only as necessary. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.  

This Privacy Policy complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and aligns with US standards including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and A2P 10DLC regulations for SMS communications.

Australian uses comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) consent rules.  

Marketing Communications  

We may send promotional or marketing messages (e.g., offers, discounts, updates about new services or events) via SMS and/or email only to individuals who have given their express consent.(When you provide your phone number and give consent via optional, unchecked checkboxes on forms, we send non-marketing, informational  messages only, including event confirmations, attendance reminders, and session-related or educational information directly connected to services or events you have registered for).  

Consent is obtained through clear opt-in mechanisms (e.g., unchecked checkboxes on forms, with specific wording explaining what you will receive, approximate frequency, and how to opt out).  

We do not send promotional SMS or email without prior express consent.  

All marketing messages will clearly identify us as the sender (“Manna Abraham”), include a message and data rates notice (for SMS), and provide an easy unsubscribe option (reply STOP for SMS; unsubscribe link for email). Opt-outs are processed immediately.  

You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting our ability to provide contracted services.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Program & Compliance

When you provide your phone number and give consent (via optional, unchecked checkboxes on forms), we send non-marketing, informational SMS messages only, including event confirmations, attendance reminders, and session-related or educational information directly connected to services or events you have registered for.  

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out at any time.  

US recipients: Complies with A2P 10DLC and TCPA. We maintain verifiable, timestamped opt-in records, including the phone number, date and time of consent, IP address, form or page source, and the exact consent language presented to the user at the time of opt-in.  

Australian recipients: Complies with Spam Act 2003 and ACMA guidelines, including sender identification (“Manna Abraham” or registered alphanumeric ID), explicit consent, and easy unsubscribe (reply STOP). We are registering our alphanumeric sender IDs with ACMA (registrations opened November 2025; full enforcement from 1 July 2026) to ensure verified display and avoid “Unverified” labeling.  

Opt-out requests are processed in real-time and remain functional for at least 30 days.

6. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade personal information. Sharing occurs only with:  

– Service providers (e.g., hosting, email/SMS platforms like Twilio, payment processors) bound by confidentiality agreements.  

– Legal authorities when required by law (e.g., subpoena, court order).  

In the event of a business sale, merger, or transfer, data may pass to the new owner under equivalent privacy protections. Australian cross-border sharing complies with APP 8.

7. Data Security, Accuracy, Retention, and Destruction

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures (including encryption and access controls) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; we apply commercially reasonable safeguards.
